≈1½ hrs at the climbing gym. Mostly 5.9 and 5.10 routes. Banged through at least one 5.11-; that was a bit of a shocker.

25 minutes on the treadmill; back to barefoot. Feels more natural, or at least more comfortable.
Treadmill says I burned 321 calories.

I did a bunch of yard work today. Raking, hauling around a tarp full of leaves. Does that count?

25 minutes on the treadmill; shoes on this time. Right foot/ankle did not feel funky, not in the same way; but my arches hurt and it took a lot longer to figure out my rhythm. Also: time seemed to pass slower.
Treadmill says I burned 313 calories.
1.79 miles; pace was 4.30 mi/hr.

20 minutes barefoot on the treadmill. Right foot/ankle felt a little funky; not pain, but like it got tense before the left foot did.
Treadmill says I burned 240 calories.
1.38 miles; that makes pace 4.14 mi/hr

≈1½ hrs at the climbing gym. Mostly 5.9 and 5.10 routes. Climbed a few that were wicked slopers. Took more than few falls. Embarrassingly many early in the evening. Felt good though.

20 minutes, barefoot on the treadmill. First time barefoot-running. First time running in… well, if I’m to believe my own personal exercise log: first time in 3 years to the day.
Treadmill says I burned 229 calories and ran 1.33 miles.
That makes the pace 3.99 mi/hr
