15 barefoot minutes on the treadmill. This one wasn’t too bad, considering how tired I was this morning. Feeling run-down and exhausted. But the time didn’t drag, even if I never did get the pace up terribly high. Treadmill says I burned 209 calories. 1.21 miles; pace was 4.84 mi/hr.

15 barefoot minutes on the treadmill. The Boy got up early and came down to watch for a few minutes. That was motivating. Treadmill says I burned 231 calories. 1.36 miles; pace was 5.44 mi/hr.

15 barefoot minutes on the treadmill. I still had to drag myself out of bed this morning — but this time the time seemed to fly by. Seemed like I had just started and then I glanced down to see that 7 minutes had already gone by. That is how this is supposed to work. Treadmill says I burned 225 calories. 1.32 mi; pace was 5.28 mi/hr.

I had to drag myself down but… 15 barefoot minutes on the treadmill. Trying to think of something positive to say. But I’ve got nothing positive to say about running today. Treadmill says I burned 223 calories. 1.31 miles; pace was 5.24 mi/hr.

Dragged myself out of bed for 15 minutes (barefoot) on the treadmill this morning. Got to get myself back into the habit. This may be tougher than I thought. Treadmill says I burned 211 calories. 1.23 miles; pace was 4.92 mi/hr.

15 barefoot minutes on that treadmill. Horrid. Still wiped out. Felt every step, right up into the thighs and back. I suppose that’s what I get for taking a break. Treadmill says I burned 212 calories. 1.23 miles; pace was 4.92 mi/hr.

15 minutes on the treadmill. Barefoot. First time I’ve gotten in two day in a row since… end of January? Weird run though.
