Morning treadmill run. 15 minutes. Barefoot, etc. Treadmill says I burned 240 calories. (For whatever that’s worth.) 1.41 miles; average pace was 5.64 mi/hr.

2 hours at the climbing gym tonight. Felt like it had been at least two weeks. Probably because it was. Aside from feeling a little too-pumped-too-soon (i.e., “weak”), felt great.

Despite still being slightly sore from Saturday, and having run this morning… made it to the climbing gym. We’ll round-up to two hours. Mostly in the 5.8 to 5.9+ range; a 5.10- that I was this close to finishing; closed on a couple of 5.7 routes (though the first of the two was arguably a 5.8-).
