Morning treadmill run. Barefoot, etc. 15 minutes. Less bored than the past two mornings. That last 3-4 minutes is always a tooth-grinder though. Pedometer app asserts 180 calories burned. 1.41 miles; average pace was 5.64 mi/hr.

I never really liked running, but I missed being able to run. First one this morning in… weeks. Nothing special; just the usual 15 minutes barefoot on the treadmill. Pedometer app calculates 157 calories burned. 1.27 miles; average pace was 5.08 mi/hr.

Been out of it. Too cold in the morning to run. Guest room (where the treadmill lives) has been occupied. And then I got seriously and mysteriously sick. Easing back into it: A nice long walk tonight. Just shy of 35 minutes. Pedometer app says I burned 182 calories. (Hmm…) 1.95 miles; average pace was 3.34 mi/hr.
