15 minutes this morning. Treadmill. Barefoot. Different music today though. First eight or so minutes flew by without my notice; the remainder did drag, though.

Pedometer app says I burned 178 calories.

1.39 miles; average pace was 5.56 mi/hr.

Side note: on Tuesday, I walked from my house to The Boy’s preschool to pick him up, and I kicked on the pedometer app while I was at it. I forgot to turn it off, however — and boy did it run down my phone’s battery yesterday. So… there’s an exercise session lost.
